How AI systems can manipulate.

Fake videos in which words are put into the mouths of celebrities or politicians that they never said, or images in which new facial features have been added: So-called “deepfakes created with AI algorithms” make it necessary to check digital artifacts very carefully to ensure their authenticity.

Students can create deepfakes at this electronic station and see how images and videos can be falsified.
The information material explains the basics of how the creation of deepfakes works and addresses the risks involved.
